1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the en999 website and all associated services, products, and features offered by en999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing the en999 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

3Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one account on the en999 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified through the same name, address, mobile number, device, payment method, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. en999 will close duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances associated with them.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. en999 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Account Closure

en999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2, including being under 21 years of age.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 8.
• en999 is required to do so for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes.

4Identity Verification (KYC)

en999 is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests. This identity verification process ("KYC") is a standard anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention measure. en999 may also request KYC documentation at other times, including during registration or following unusual account activity.

To complete KYC, you will be required to submit the following documents. All submitted documents must be clear, legible, and currently valid:

• A government-issued photo identification document — typically your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• A live selfie photograph taken at the time of submission for facial matching against your photo ID. Photographs taken from another screen are not acceptable.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

Bet Settlement

All sportsbook bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, en999's decision is final. Bets placed after an event has commenced due to a technical error will be voided and the stake returned.
